Lisa Strong-Aufhauser. Lisa's the lead person behind Strong Mountain Productions. She's a writer, producer, cinematographer, and editor. With BAs in biology and environmental studies, and a graduate degree in science journalism, Lisa tells stories about nature, science and history. She began as a still photographer and magazine writer, having published in Earth, CA Wild, and LIFE, among many others. Video projects include work for National Geographic's Crittercam, the Petersburg Marine Mammal Center, the Yosemite Association, the Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History, and the Exploratorium.
Natasha Fraley. Tash is an interpretive developer. She's also a writer who thinks visually and a content developer who knows production techniques. It's a great combination. Tash has many years of experience researching, writing, and developing exhibit media for museums, national parks and multimedia products - like video scripts. Her background is in marine science, and she's often doing work for the Monterey Bay Aquarium, but with a BA in philosophy and a Masters in biology, she's versatile, working on subjects from jellies to geology, with California history thrown in for good measure.

Kim Aufhauser. Call him a production manager, a location manager, a guy who doesn't let things fall through the cracks, Kim takes care of the details. Got a problem? He can figure out a solution on the fly. Kim was an Explorer Scout in high school, then a park ranger for 16 years. This guy is always prepared. And he's getting the hang of mic techniques. When Kim isn't taking care of the details for Strong Mountain Productions, he teaches Park Management at West Valley College.

Larry O'Hanlon. Larry's our resident geologist and earth science journalist. After working as a geologist and a park ranger, Larry took up the pen. A science journalist for the past ten years, Larry is a regular contributor to Discovery.com. He's also written for National Geographic Online, Nature, Astronomy, and New Scientist, to name a few. He writes and sometimes holds the microphone for Strong Mountain Productions.

Jeff Reynolds. Jeff is not your average Ph.D. molecular biologist. A multimedia designer and producer, Jeff brings his extensive science background to the task of making science (and other stuff), fun and interactive. Jeff designs, manages and programs interactive multimedia projects for the likes of the Monterey Bay Aquarium, The Tech Museum in Silicon Valley, and the St. Louis Zoo, to name a few. Strong Mountain Productions likes working on projects managed by Jeff.

Tom Strong. He doesn't actually say, "I told you so." He doesn't have to. Tom, Lisa's dad, tried convincing her video was the happening medium back in the late 1980's. He was shooting political environmental events, like demonstrations, marches, and rallies up in Mendocino County where he lives. He spent two years as the director of the Willits public access station. But Lisa wouldn't budge. She stuck with still photography, that is, until digital video hit the stage.
